Spring Break '10 - Warner Valley

After Kanab we headed to St.G via Warner Valley (cool road you can take to get from Hurricane to St.George). We showed Ari the dinosaur tracks then headed for my Moms. We were less than 10 minutes from our destination when we hit a sand trap in the road. We got a running start over the sand and made it (albeit we were traveling sideways at one point). Just when we thought we were in the clear we hit a large reservoir in the road, no matter the speed we would not have made it. We had to turn around, re-tackle the sand pit and drive an extra hour back through Hurricane and into St.G via I-15. That's ok, as you can see the sand dune was still worth it.
