A woman around the corner offered to let us use her garden space this year so of course we jumped at the chance and of course invited our neighbors to join us. Who could pass up a BIG plot of land with irrigation rights; not us. We got the land prepped and so far have planted onions, garlic, peas, beets, carrots, chard, spinach and fava beans. We have never grown a garden of this magnitude so here's hoping we don't fail miserably.

WOW! What a garden plot! How'd you meet the lady? Thats cool she left you her plot--you guys will do a great job. Especially with such helpful neighbors! Good luck to the four of you, and you better fix me something fresh and gardenalicious when I come visit.
